Role-based sharing
Links for teachers, providers, babysittersShare only what each person needs to see. You can stop or change sharing at any time. AI suggests view presets (for example, “Classroom view”) so you don’t have to think through every setting.

Calendars
Connect & choose what to syncConnect your calendar so school meetings, clinic visits, and deadlines appear in one place. You choose what types of events to bring in.
When turned on, we add a small buffer before and after visits so your calendar isn’t back-to-back. You can still move events manually.
Burnout Radar
Optional, private to youBurnout Radar looks at patterns in your tasks, mood check-ins, and transitions to gently suggest lighter plans. It never shares this with school, clinic, or insurance.
When enabled, Burnout Radar only shows alerts to you. It may suggest pausing non-critical tasks or shortening playbooks, and you always decide what to change.
Preferences & accessibility
Language, font size, contrastSmall adjustments can make the app easier to look at on a long, tired day. These settings only affect how things look for you.
We don’t use your preferences to target ads or share data. They only control how this app behaves for you.
